Visual identity, printed matter (postcard, poster, duffel bag, badge, dvd packaging and pen) for the eight edition of P&D, the biggest congress in design research and development in Brazil. The identity aims to be self-referential, quoting all different themes and subjects of the congress, and its name circled and underlined. The diagonal slash that separates the themes is used as a graphic element, and a series of black and white pictures of the convention center where the congress takes place is used on an unusual manner, exploring different textures, shapes and surfaces. A 269 page book documents the congress. Divided into different sections, it compilates schedules, workshop information, summaries for all the works presented, and an index of contents organized by date. Several navigational elements were used throughout the publication, making it easier to access and shuffle throught the information. |
